  • How do I return a product?
    Refunds/Returns are only allowed in cases where our customer receives a defected or damaged product. We take utmost care in the packing and shipping process to ensure no damages occur during transportation. In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within 48 hours of receiving the order. Email should be sent to, with the title as "Return/Refund request".
  • Can I make an exchange?
    We do not offer exchanges of our products.
  • When can I expect my refund?
    We will initiate a refund once the product has been sent back to us. Please bear in mind that the customer will have to organise to courier it back to our Gurgaon office. The charges for the same will be sent back to the customer via online transfer provided there is a valid bill for the courier charges. Refunds should reach the customer within 10-12 working days of receiving the product.
  • Where will I have to ship products?
    Please ship the products to our Gurgaon office. Write to us at and we will share further details with you.
  • Can I pay via COD?
    Payment is only online. We do NOT accept COD. For bank transfer, please write to us at and someone will help you out.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship pan India. However, if you require a delivery outside of India, please do reach out to us at and we'll help you out.
  • My product has a design error. What can I do?
    Since our products are all hand-painted, there could be minor colour and design variations. We feel the beauty of our products lies in them being not too perfect. Slight design and colour variations are expected.
  • My product has a small crack/dent in it
    All our products are upcycled and therefore certain imperfections add to the charm of the products.
  • Will the colours of my product fade/run?
    All products are to be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth only. The colours will not run or fade over time.
  • Can I keep my product outdoor?
    We advise you not to keep any Imarim products outdoors as harsh weather conditions can cause damage to the products.
  • Can I purchase two of the same product?
    Each product is unique and exists as just one piece. However, you can browse through our collection and find a similar product!
